Materialise the System Map into the database — sync world entities, capture map imagery, draft AI entries, and publish them in one place.

Sync Atlas → Database Materialise worlds, continents, nations, settlements, rivers, and landmarks into the
world_atlascollection. Safe to re-run — unchanged entities are skipped. -

Capture Snapshots Render each nation map and crop a hero image per entity. Planet & moon portraits need the live 3D view, so capture those from the System Map page.

Generate AI Entries Draft a database entry per entity with AI. Costs usage and can take minutes; every draft lands in the Scribe review queue — nothing publishes automatically.

Publish AI Entries Approve & publish every pending AI-generated entry at once, skipping per-entry review. Review individually in Scribe instead if you prefer.
Governance
Configure Workbench governance and review admin peer-votes.

When disabled, Emerald administrators will not see the Governance section in Scribe Workbench and cannot create or vote on peer proposals. You can still review past votes below.
Read-only view of admin peer-votes (demote / ban / sanction). To act immediately, manage the admin directly from the Administrators tab.
Audit Log
Inspect the full trail of admin and owner privileged actions.
Legal Policies
Edit Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Publishing increments the global version and prompts all users to re-accept.
